The hotel is quite small and old. There are only two rooms- one big one small on each floor. the big one face to street side. Traffic noise could be a problem. Breakfast is basic. The front desk manager is a competent lady. The other staffs are OK but their English need enhancement.

The room smelled a little funny, bed and pillow were super firm, however the staff and customer service was awesome. We arrived early in the morning and they gladly to check us in without extra charge. Breakfast was really good with hot Pho everyday.

Asia Hotel is a bit far away from old quarter of Hanoi. But it provides you all kinds of support you need. Its safe here and they take good care of your things sometimes you left at hotel when you are not around the hotel even for a couple of days. We stayed here and we are very satisfied with the hotel staffs and the restaurant

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is old, bad smell room when came in. The staff is nice, love the manager and the guys in the dining room (he can speak english and japanese). Good location, not far from the Old Quarter.

Ridiculous-Separate breakfast area if you looks/are ASIAN

We were being told that we can only have our breakfast at one of the corner because that area designated for ASIAN and Foreigner will dine at another side with better food options. We can only have plain bread without any jams while the "foreigner dining area" have different breads and jams piling up. Aren't we foreigner as well? Or the section was segregate according to the color of skin! Should never go to this hotel. With the money, you can get other options nearby with better service and clean room.
